Setting a New Standard in Care
We believe that investing in people creates happy and fulfilled lives
Avens has been delivering, expert, first-class care since 1994. We support adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities to live rewarding lives, while at the same time developing their skills.
We work with private landlords and investors to provide this service in a supported living environment and also have three residential care homes.
By working with landlords we are able to provide quality care, stability and support to individuals, ensuring they have a role in their local community. We are also providing permanent respite for families and friends of the individuals we care for.

We are always looking for talented & dedicated staff. Join us!

Are you looking for a career change?
Perhaps you want to stay working in care, but are looking to go further with a new company.
Or you can bring something to Avens that we don’t already have.
It is with deep sadness that we notify you of the passing of Christopher Andrews on 14 January 2025. Chris was the CEO of Avens until his retirement in October 2023 having worked for the Company for some 30 years. He played an important and pivotal role in the development and success of Avens and will be remembered fondly by his friends, colleagues and so many others outside of the Company.
His family have asked for privacy and understanding during this difficult time and our thoughts are with them. A memorial service will be planned for later this year.
