Full-Time Support worker– Residential Care Home
We are looking for a caring, committed, and professional individual to join our team of support workers in a small, friendly, 10-bed residential care home.
We’re looking for a support worker who shows genuine compassion and empathy in their approach to care, whether through past experience in Social Care or other roles. We take pride in providing person-centered care and support, so if you share our values, you’ll benefit from ongoing training and development to help you grow in the role.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided, along with an induction process which includes various interviews and trial shifts. This gives those who are new to care a chance to get a feel for what the role entails and grow in confidence while being supported by an experienced member of staff.

- Safeguarding Adults, Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Awareness;

- person-centred Non-Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention (NAPPI);
- Autism Awareness;
- Dementia Awareness;
- Mental Health Awareness;
- Equality and Diversity Training.
- Plus many more training topics that will help you understand and develop in your role.
- We also enroll our staff on the Care Certificate and Level 2 or 3 Diploma for Health and Social Care.
