Other Services
Tailored training and Well managed home
We have two other companies that were set up when we found a lack of choice when it came to buying in training and IT solutions.
The first is a training company called Tailored Training. This offers bespoke training solutions for care organisations.

The other service is called Well Managed Home. This is a management information system for organisations providing care services. It easily meets the needs of multi-site operations, with head office access to records for any site at any time. Features include staff scheduling and pay, care records and a record set meeting every requirement of the National Minimum Standards. It supports ISO 9001:2000 and IIP and contains several complete sets of policy and procedure documents that the user-organisation can choose to adopt and/or adapt.
WellManagedHome works over the Internet. There is no software to load onto local machines and updates are implemented automatically.
There are no up-front costs for this system, you pay for it as you use it. Small organisations pay proportionally less.
